Keeping Your gold9 Account Secure

gold9 takes account security seriously. The platform uses industry-standard SSL encryption on every connection, meaning your login credentials and financial data are always protected in transit. Beyond the platform's own protections, here are three habits every player should adopt.

Use a Strong, Unique Password

Avoid using the same password you use for bKash, email, or social media. A strong gold9 password should be at least 10 characters long and mix letters, numbers, and symbols. Change it every few months for best protection.

Never Share Your Login Details

gold9 support agents will never ask for your password. If you receive a message claiming to be from gold9 and asking for your credentials, do not respond and report it immediately via the contact email on this site.

Log Out on Shared Devices

If you ever access gold9 from a friend's phone, an internet cafe in Mymensingh, or any shared device, always tap Log Out when you are done. This prevents others from accessing your account and balance.
